Our Story

Two Cultures.
One Fire.

Joy and Gladness was born from a simple truth: the best food comes from the heart. Chef Roy grew up between the Caribbean's spice-drenched kitchens and Ireland's soulful pub culture, and somewhere in that beautiful clash, a flavour was born.

Today, that flavour lives in every jerk-rubbed cut, every Crying Tiger salad, every gathering at Paddy's Yard. We don't just cook food — we cook memories.
